JanCars Accessories offers free shipping on all non free/giveaway items with a minimum order value of $25.
Once your order has been received, allow 1-10 business days for it to be processed after which your item(s) will be shipped and a tracking number sent to you via email.
Please note that we ship out your items as soon as they become available hence if you have more than 1 item on your order, they might arrive in separate shipments.
Please note that the purchaser is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, JanCars Accessories cannot be responsible for replacing the product. The purchaser is also responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address. We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package, if the tracking information says it was delivered or is en route to the shipping address. If the shipping company shows the packaged as having been delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered and that something must have happened to the package at its destination.
If a package comes back to us as "undeliverable" or as "insufficient" or "wrong address," the purchaser will be charged for shipping the package to its proper destination (even if the order originally warranted free or reduced shipping). Or, if the purchaser prefers, JanCars Accessories can issue a refund for that purchase, minus the initial cost of our shipping the goods to you.
Note we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping due to weather or acts beyond our control.
We source our products from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia (Mostly China). This allows us to offer competitive prices for high quality products with good design. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, the ETA for orders shipped from our local warehouses in the USA is 10 -21( Please read Our Covid-19 Response to see how we are responding and effects on delivery and shipping time) working days and 15-45 days for any items that may ship from international warehouses.
If for one reason or another you don't receive your order within the estimated delivery times, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout- You must click/press "Apply" to see the order total effects. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
TAXES & DUTIES
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse to collect any shipments upon delivery).
While you can choose your local currency through the Currency Selector at the top of our website on the left, all items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but it should match closely with our current rate. JanCars is not responsible for any price differences determined by your bank.

Our warehouses are currently open and shipping out products with accordance to the safety guidelines provided by CDC in this article . Because the number of staff has greatly reduced in most work places, our shipping times have been impacted and delivery might be delayed with upto 30+ days, this is mostly because of the prolonged and thorough checks by the customs but rest assured your order will be delivered.
